An Orange Kitchen Color Scheme

Be sure to tie the two areas together by taking some orange over into the kitchen area in the form of accessories or even in a pattern in the kitchen curtains.

4. As Accessories

Any room needs a focal point or two to lift it from the bland and boring and even if you are not ready for solid orange walls, you can have fun with orange accessories. An orange roller blind or kitchen curtains would look good at the window and would contrast nicely with any plants you have growing on the sill. Look for orange storage jars and prints for your walls too. You could use an orange patterned fabric to make kitchen seat cushions. Or display a bowl of oranges (Edible accessories!)
